Your data belongs to you. Here's what we keep, how to delete it or export a copy first, and what happens after you request removal — in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
When you use Conekt, we store the following types of personal data to provide our services.
You can request deletion of your data in either of two ways.
Open Conekt → go to Settings → select Delete account. This will initiate the deletion of your account and all associated data. You will be asked to confirm before the process begins.
The fastest way to reach us. Selecting the button below opens the contact form with Data deletion pre-selected under reason.

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems.
Note: Reports, moderation records, and direct messages may be retained for safety and legal compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
From the moment we receive your request, here is what happens.
We acknowledge your deletion request.
Your account is immediately deactivated and hidden from other users.
All personal data and files are permanently deleted within 30 days.
You receive an email confirming that your data has been deleted.
Before deleting your account, you can request a data export. Conekt will provide a snapshot of your personal data (profile, events, connections, messages) and email it to you when it's ready.
To request it in the app: open the Profile tab → tap Settings → tap More settings (at the bottom of the screen) → choose Download data, then follow the prompts to confirm where we should send your export.
